The Germantown Community Library staff in cooperation with the Library Board of Trustees have developed policies and procedures for meeting the needs of library users in a fair and flexible way. The policies and procedures are designed to accommodate special needs and unusual circumstances, yet firm enough to ensure fairness to access to materials.
